This is absurd and I feel that the Government should not place taxes on Education because in the end the country benefits from our little ones. Parents wants the best for their kids and it just so happens that private schools go that extra mile.

VAT on private education and learning materials, is this in any way beneficial to us as young professionals ?? Can i ask the person responsible for this to highlight the benefits of this to us as young professionals ? How about job opportunities ?? Is the Vat on Private education and educational materials implemented because there is a lack of job opportunities out there ? Is it our governing body trying to preserve our human resources or is it they are trying to have a country full of uneducated individuals ?? Parents send their children to private institution for many reasons not because they can afford it but because they want the best for their children,like morals and values and we can see clearly the public school has NON of that !! So can some on please say where does our young people future lies in this country ??

VAT on private education is a NO and it’s totally uncalled for, the best thing an individual can have is free education and the public education is not the very best with what’s happening currently. Whether persons are poor or rich education should free at all cost. We are currently paying VAT on everything else what more the government want from us, I say to the person responsible for the adding of VAT, you are not very smart sir… you want to help your country then let it be FREE!!!
