I am a single parent Public Servant with a child at a Private School. I am far from rich, so it peeves me to have to pay an additional $10K+ in school fees. I am appalled that it can be insinuated that only rich people send their children to private schools. I am making a sacrifice because the public school system is a total disaster, suffice to say, it doesn't matter which senior secondary school your child attends, unless he/she attends extra lessons at $5000 per subject, then in most cases they fall by the way side. Fix the public schools and people will send their children there willingly.

We have moved from free education to paying university fees, to now taxing fees. Unacceptable. Disappointing and down right heart breaking that this is where my country is going.
