We are living in a world that is not so equipped, education can change the young generation from performing negative behavior . Why do you implement VAT on education? This will cause a significant amount of young people to be uneducated. This initiative is totally insane, this government should scrap this implementation. One must have knowledge and education in order for a country to develop. So the VAT? I think this is nonsense ! Come one we need change and not more contemporary issues.

It is senseless....who are you to tell me if i can afford Private tuition for my child i can afford vat....how do you know im not paying a loan to foot those bills...if the public education was preforming to its best many parents would leave their children there....

My God, at this time and age what we are seeing the world over is the lack of education of our leaders at home and abroad our own President is reading worse than a grade 4 student and his school of administrators is now using TAX PAYERS DOLLAR to Educate themselves and pays no VAT nor any TAXES at all , the rest of uneducated in our society cherish them, while the rest of us languishing

Why VAT on educational products and services? What benefits are there for the citizens with this measure? Where is the study which validates that this measure makes sense for our nation in the present and will shape our future to what we want it to be? What are the results from the consultations on managing such a critical change as a nation? When can we as a nation expect the first set of data which will prove that this measure is indeed required for positive change?
I appeal for the repeal of VAT on educational products and services indefinitely. In the meantime the answers to the questions above can be researched..............
