I live in El Paso TX and I am currently being told I cannot enroll my daughter into Pre-K because she doesnt fluently speak spanish and we are not military affiliated. This is not fair! Why is my daughter being put at a disadvantage because we speak english? My daughter really needs this headstart into school. I want Governor Perry to address this issue and make it right!
