Thousand of kids across Australia are disadvantaged due to a number of factors including race, religion, violence, poverty and other hardships. This petition is to push the government to inject more funding to help disadvantaged kids receive the education they deserve and the support to push through the hardships they have faced and break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage. Every child is born equal and should have equal rights and opportunities in all areas of their life, in particular with their education. After all Education is a fundamental human right.
