I have fibro, and unless you have tjis illness yourself, you will never understand how it feels.

Docs also need to understand that we are not just absent-minded. Dyscognition (brain fog) is real and worse during stressful times (like being at the doctor’s office). Write down what we need to do after we discuss it. (I’ve had to call the nurse from the parking lot before to ask what the doctor just said.)

I know how you feel. According to my doctors I’m not allowed to have anything new, if I go with any new symptoms and I think no this is not Fibromyalgia, this is something else... I go to the doctor and it gets brushed off and told that it is just my Fibromyalgia and it’s all in my head

I've been told that symptoms I had were from FMS.. I had a pinched nerve. They would not listen to me.
