If the City of Edmonton requires its citizens to shovel their sidewalks down to the pavement for safety, then the City should be clearing the snow off the roads the same. Currently *if* they clear the roads its at best down to 5cm. Citizens are given 48 hours to comply with the sidewalks but the City has all year, and only clears the roads if there are enough complaints.
