After having a bad connection for a long, long time, making playing source at a competitive level virtually impossible, I want to change ISP and need as much help as possible to convince my dad that he should do it. Sign this if you think playing with a 200ms ping is unfair and i should change ISP :P :D.

i feel ur pain. used to have dial up and it was total garbage. tell him its 2014 and internet needs to actually work
