This decision is Insane yet one other idea which is going to hurt the stores. When the whole system is facing Struggling sales & declining profitability this new time requirement will be the last straw on the camel back. Refreshing the memory of failed ideas which has costed franchisees their lives. • Discounting strategy in lieu of a strong brand • ETG strategy – no proof of concept financial modeling, significant capital cost, & taking years to build critical mass to justify advertising at scale. • Inefficient systems, processes, & workflow that manifest into significant production, staffing, & customer service issues on major holidays (customer feedback on Facebook pages are detrimental to the health of our brand after each of these major holidays • Fresh program • Unsophisticated territory development process (where to put stores, real estate selection, & financial impact considerations for existing franchisees) • Poorly executed product launches • Poorly merchandised store fronts that aren’t based on retail benchmarks of revenue per square foot. • Delivery van program. Poorly engineered up-fitting that has resulted in significant maintenance costs. • Unproductive franchisee/franchisor working relationship that has motivated great franchisees to diversify to other concepts or close their stores

Extended hours on Saturday and Sunday is burden on payroll. We are not ready to take hit.

Stores 1382 and 579. I agreed with all other franchises that is not an good idea to open stores late.

Please do not implement this timing. This will kill the stores which are already struggling as the sales had been very soft since 2017. This idea does not make business sense. Beginning of 2019 we closed couple of our stores as the sales were down. Unless this is your ploy to close stores and make money on the future royalties for the closed period

I have 7 stores and this is crazy idea, if the wish to close more stores I will be happy to start close my stores and look better company to sign up with them.

Representing 10 stores . Extended hours is when the stores make money. With minimum wages in states like California is 15 dollars more stores will be closing . If the wish for 2020 is to close more stores this extended hours will help executives to close more stores

Opening extended hours will not solve the sales issue Edible is facing at this time. Its mismanagement in executive level. Stores are closing as the overheads are high and sales declining past many years. Increase the sales and naturally we would staff more. Its time executives understand the hardships the stores are facing

We are located in a strip mall primarily filled with professionals (dentists, lawyers, accountants...) It makes no sense for us to be open after 6pm or on Sundays. (Our community is strongly religious and for the most part will not patronize Sunday establishments.). I also do not like the idea of my drivers battling rush hour and knocking on doors after dark. Please allow the owners to set appropriate hours themselves (within reasonable guidelines) and think of the safety of our drivers before trying to squeeze another dollar out of the day.

Voting no on extended hours! Ridiculous to think this is a good idea!

I don’t like idea of extending hours. Business gets dead after 5pm. And we don’t make much profit on Saturday and Sunday, payroll more then profit.
