Between slum properties and warehouses and public assisted living Hagerstown is just that. High crime.

The intersection of N. Edgewood Dr. and US 40 is so busy now you can’t hardly get through can’t imagine what it be like more trucks traffic trying to block that intersection

An employee and frequent shopper within the city although I live outside city limits, Dual Highway is my primary commute and shopping route into the city. This area is already often too dangerous and congested. From what I have witnessed driving this route every day, adding an extra light at the proposed location(s) and increasing the large load traffic between Edgewood and I-70 will likely cause an increase in collisions, pedestrian incidents, and undue congestion and delay which will make many including myself think twice about coming in to town to shop or dine, and will have a severe negative impact on the commute of many of us.

We don't need more warehouses, especially when it affects traffic coming in and out of the hospital!

Way to much congestion in the area now. Having big trucks going in and out of that area is going to lead to someone getting killed especially with a curve right there.

Do not build a warehouse in that area. We don’t have the roads to support this. Traffic is already bad in that area

I live south of the proposed complex and this would add congestion to the smaller roads and drive time to those south. When there are accidents on 40 or I70 south of this area already becomes grid locked.

Our little town is getting so much traffic all thru the neighborhood. We pay our own taxes to keep repairing our roads due to this

Some days S Edgewood coming into Funkstown is really back up with regular traffic. Adding this would only make it worse. Funkstown cannot handle that extra traffic

Will cause major problems with emergency vehicles. Not an appropriate use for this parcel!

The truck 6raffic from the warehouses and proposed development will cause too many problems for motorists getting from the Funkstown area across Dual Hwy and also cause problems with hospital and Robinwood traffic. We have too many warehouses in Hagerstown as it is and do not need any more.

This is not sustainable for that area and unnecessary from all reasonable views. We have new warehouses being built all over the 3 state region. Why?
