We, the citizens of Edgewater, Chicago, Illinois, support the construction and funding

of a publicpromenade and bicycle path with lighted median along the Sheridan Road

lakefront from Ardmore Avenue to Devon Avenue.

We believe this project will alleviate traffic congestion on Sheridan Road, increase tourism

and customers for local businesses, enhance fire/police/medical access to the lakefront

and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

We wish to be placed on a local ballot for a straw poll of support from local voters.
