We should either be given our predicted grade or very low grade boundaries

Predicted grade or resist . Any is fine as long as the whole nation does the same thing .

We should be given our predicted grades or allowed to retake the paper. It should not be a replacement paper as it is not fair for those who have found the C3 and C4 papers hard. The papers are being made ridiculously hard as it is and Edexcel must do something to compensate for this madness.

Absolute disgrace, its not fair on someone like me who worked so hard and had so much prssure coming intok the exam, highering grade boundaries would just apply further stress and pressure...

The fact that both C3 and C4 were leaked before hand given students who haven't worked hard enough to actually deserve the grade they get from cheating; thus increasing grade boundaries and affecting the grades of those who have worked hard is unacceptable!

Like others, my son has worked extremely hard in order to attain his required A*. Leaving the exam, he felt it was harder than anticipated but based on previous grade boundaries he believed he might just have scraped the A* however, if the leak unfairly increases the boundary by even a few points, if might be enough to ensure he misses the grade.

Absolutely, same here, my son has worked so hard and we have paid £160 per month for a tutor for 6 months. Edexcel make me sick I am a teacher myself. Shame on you Edexcel.

Agree - and punishes those students who have locked themselves away for months

This situation is clearly unfair: for a start, not resolving this encourages cheating. Not to mention the wreckage of the dreams of students across the country. It may seem dramatic, but these exams really can change entire lives. But the way to go is not predicted grades, since these are very dependent on school policies, so not consistent.

For 2 years of my son's life, he's worked his heart out trying to get to Uni (needing AAB), and this is the 3rd paper in 2 weeks you have leaked (2xMaths, 1xEconomics). You knew today the paper was compromised, the students heard rumours of the leak, and yet you decided to run with the leaked paper. Find your leak, sack them and report them to the police. They have jeopardised a generations chances. The 'Cheaters' will pull the grade boundaries upward, kicking those students that are honest and making. Edexcel as you sit there, counting your profits, then please take a moment and realise the impact you have had. Find your leak now!

Exactly good for you. I am a teacher, my son sat this exam today and has worked so hard. We have also spent £160 a month for 6 months on a maths tutor. Shame on you Edexcel.

These leaks are grossly unfair on those who have worked hard all year to secure a good grade and require one to get into university. If Edexcel raise the grade boundaries this punishes everybody- ironically except from those who cheated whose marks will remain the same- especially when one considers that it was a difficult paper by all accounts. Action needs to be taken- students futures and self esteem should not be put at risk because Edexcel have failed to secure their papers and to respond to a leak, despite there having been evidence of it up to 4 days before the exam. This is appalling and we, as students, teachers and parents insist that FAIR action is taken to resolve the problem to ensure that students receive a grade which reflects their mathematical aptitude and not their willingness to cheat and ability to search out leaks, which never should have been allowed go happen, online.
