If it is not a uniformed rule for men and woman alike then it is grossly biased. Furthermore, when will it stop? Today will be the level of testosterone tomorrow could be something ridiculous like an evened out weight category. Discrimination at any level is wrong. No sportsmanship at all.... no challenge required, just easy runs.

No one has the rite to manipulate yourself to underperform it's a total mockery of one ability to perform at their optimum...its like telling the William tennis sisters to lower their testosterone levels so others have a fair chance. Utter bull $#@!
