So unfair to rule against natural advantage. Are height, big feet, fast twitch muscles, sporting genes next?!

Ridiculous. We are catering to the average athlete at the expense of the actual exceptional.

If the use of drugs to unnaturally enhance performance is illegal, then same should apply to the use of drugs to unnaturally diminish performance. Athletes dedicate their lives to being the best at what they do.This IAAF ruling is telling future athletes that there is a limit to how good they are allowed to be.Is this the new age of oppression?? . . A quote that should resonate within us all is this : 'Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others'.
