Looking at any being you are able to classify the gender the person falls in. Thus make or female. If we are to go around testing pple to find gender then we might end up with a billion divorces.

This is disgusting. This is progressive patriarchy. This ruling aims at one thing and one thing only, to vilify and criminalise people who are different. This ruling is a human rights issue. It is a feminist issue. It is a racial issue. It is an LGBTQIA+ issue. We cannot allow old white men with no grip on the deeply nuanced and beautiful reality of human nature to dictate who is and who isn’t woman.
