CBSE has no rights to play with mine future or the future of lakhs of students. We shouldn't be suffering for their carelessness. To top it off the location of the leakage is also not being disclosed. Just find out the place or declare the name do the place and conduct your damned retests in that region. Why are you making lakhs of students all over the country suffer?
