I believe all ECE's should be in one union. Not with EA's secretary or custodial. Just ECE's so that we can have our voices heard and work toward bettering our profession.

I do agree that ECE should have a union. Plus should be paid fairly and equally. With the CPL program on top of everything else.

I strongly believe we need an union that solely represents Early Childhood Educators.
We should not be grouped with other professionals for the financial convenience of the unions that represent such professional groups.
It’s not to say such unions are not doing their best but the public needs to have a greater awareness as well.

All we ask for is fairness for this profession. We cannot continue to pretend we are being seen or heard by the change makers in our ECE world. Let’s make it happen..

Finding the time to do this and the extra cost of course is not helpful. With my salary in this job title I need a second job to raise a family.
