I feel that our employers feel that they can over work us as much as they want, not give us adequate or fair wages, because they can, and we are constantly ignored by the government, when our job is as important as Teachers. We need to have someone support US for a change.

I feel it is time our profession gets the support and recognition we deserve. We are an essential service and should be compensated accordingly.

I don't understand why we pay so much money to get license but yeah it does not reflect our pay that we earn.

I am very stressed out over all this added work. I dont get time at work to complete this as I'm working. My resposiblity is to teach the children. When I get home I have my family and children to deal with. Homework,dinner,lunches, laundry. When do I get some free time for me? Cause by that time I'm exhausted. We need change!!

I would like us to be treated fairly. I would like the college of ECE’s to be a more positive experience. I feel that we pay our dues and get nothing in return. I feel all the CECE does is fine people, gives us a load of work to do and if we don’t have it we risk losing our status and the ultimately our job. I think we should set our goals every year, write reflections on the pd we do and that should suffice.

As an DECE I'd really like to know when they expect us to do all this extra bs that we HAVE to do on top of an already demanding and stressful job, and pay a stupid amount in college dues when they do nothing for us.

I have worked for corporate, for-profit centres and the employees are terribly exploited and the children do not receive quality care because all the company cares about is profit!!! This needs to stop!
