We, Crescent Place Apts tenants is petitioning Section 8 on the 11th day of November 2010. We as tenants find it very inconvenient to us that Section 8 refuses to pay our rental increases for current residents, but yet pay rental increases for new residents. This process force us to uproot our children from their current foundation and relocate to new locations. Also, the process of moving is very long, tidious, expensive and occurring around the holidays. We, as tenants is asking that Section 8 consider every tenant's unique situation and agree to pay our rental increases on a case by case basis.
