No bicycles should be allowed to be on Equestrian Trails. There are plenty of Rail Trails that are multi use that Equestrians have been banned from using. Yes, even in Michigan after the Right to Ride act the No Horses signs are still up on the White Pine Trail.

Horses and bikes and ebikes on the same trails is dangerous for the horse rider. Horses are afraid of bikes and will spook resulting to injury or death to the horse rider.

The danger to the horse and rider is very real. Also the danger to the biker. Scared horses kick, rear, and run. Our children and their ponies need a safe place to ride and enjoy our Mich. parks just like every one else.

Extremely dangerous to allow bikes on three same trails as horses. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that we cannot have separate trails for everyone's safety and enjoyment.

It is a serious danger to allow bikes of any kind on the horse trails. The horse is a flight animal and when spooked and scared can cause great bodily harm to the rider or others

To make it permissible for electric vehicles to use the same trails as people who ride horse's is negligent. You will be responsible for the death of a person or animal. It is truly very sad that you all ( DNR and other Government Agencies ) hate us horseback rider's so much!!!
The question is Why??? We maintain our own trail 's and work very hard to keep them clean and make sure people follow the rules. We contribute quite a bit to the economy as well!!!
I advise that you don't permit such a hazardous thing to happen.

I can"t ride my horse on trails when I fear my horse will be spooked by a bike. Bikes can be anywhere, but equestrians have limited options for riding in safety.
Keep bikes off equestritan trails.

Fast moving objects spook horses. Please keep horse trails specifically for horses. The accidents that can happen with these two entities sharing a trail could be catastrophic!
