Horse trails need to stay that way. It’s way too dangerous for the two to mix.

E-bikes have no place on our trails! Its bad enough we have to deal with pedal bikes and people that think once they're in the woods they don't have to keep their dogs on leashes.

These bikes should be considered notarized vehicles and therefore prohibited from non-motorized trails

I feel if people had more respect for others. We wouldn't need this to happen. But Many don't know horses are flight or fight. So unfortunately this needs to happen.

By the way what Happened to the bridle paths on FredMeijer Clinton Ionia trails? Hardly used in my area by bicycle but no horses allowed?

Absolutely no bikes on horse trails, I have been nearly hit by people speeding down hills behind me on regular bikes and you cannot hear them coming!

Bikes have tons of places to ride already, where as equestrian trails are few and far between. Bikes and horses are a dangerous mix together and spook horses. It is very unsafe.

Horses can be deathly afraid of them and will bolt if one comes up from behind or any come suddenly and loudly toward them. The rider could get severely hurt or killed and the horse could also get hurt.

I rode with a friend who was badly injured riding a shared trail. EBikes would be one more very dangerous element on trails.

My horse is fearfully of bike. No bikes on horse trails they can ride anywhere. We cannot

I’m all for sharing the trails but so far cyclists are not willing to be curtious to horses. And don’t realize the danger they are putting themselves and riders when to close
