The emails I get from sellers who feel their reputations are being dismantled are hard to read. I have been spending my nights documenting these stories to send over to the corporate office. I am exhausted by the lack of response but I am not stopping this effort.

FIX IT NOW
Totally unfair. Neutral is meant to be neutral not a negative hit on our hard earned ratings. eBay is getting harder to use every year.

Ridiculous update. I have been selling on here for 10 years with perfect scores and now one person ruins it over a shipping delay. Fix this.
