Seeing so many of you share your own horror stories makes me realize just how much damage this company is doing to honest sellers. This momentum proves that we are no longer willing to accept their silence while our hard work gets thrown away.

My account was restricted for no reason weeks ago and they still haven't fixed it despite me sending all the paperwork. so frustrating
good luck getting a straight answer. they basically just ignore you until you give up.
So tired of the automated replies. Impossible to talk to an actual human being when you have a real problem.
TRASH SERVICE. They just copy and paste the same garbage rules without even looking at my proof. Fix it ebay.
Absolute joke. They sided with the scammer and I lost 200 bucks. Never using this site again.

Been a seller for 10 years and they treat me like a criminal. Ridiculous.
