This petition is to help make the city of El Paso , Texas aware of the speeding problem on Emory Rd. Emory Rd. is a long straight thoroughfare located in the upper valley area of El Paso that has over the years become 2.5 mile bypass route of the main roads in the valley during the "high risk" hours of late P.M and early A.M.
