Hello Everyone, As a health care provider, I see the need for the Eastern Shore of Maryland to get a healthy grocery store. A Whole Foods or Trader Joe's would serve our area with nutrient dense foods that are organic and healthy for our families. We need to have access to a grocery chain here on the shore instead of always having to cross the Bay Bridge, as most of us do on a weekly basis. We are so limited when it comes to a selection of fresh, organic foods and meats that are hormone/antibiotic free! In speaking to my patients and local residents, we are all on the same page... bring us better resources! I am happy to start this petition to call some attention to bringing better food options to the shore!
