It's not too late.... caps can be given out on Wednsday.

It's fun and interesting to see what everyone's future is like and allows students to express themselves. I don't understand why ebhs is literally the only one not only allowed to decorate but it takes away a fun experience.

Students should be able to decorate their caps. Have a couple teachers check them, as they line up, for inappropriate caps. It's a simple solution!
