We request an appeal of the approval by the Jackson's Creek Homeowners association Board and Architectural Review Committee of plans for new construction at xxx East Bank Drive based I the following failures:
1. Plans for new construction to not meet design standards and set forth in Jackson's Creek by-laws and covenants.
2. Plans for new construction do not include details of materials and colors as is required in Jackson's Creek by-laws and covenants.
By signing this petition we are formally requesting an appeal of all actions taken by the Jackson's Creek board and Architectural review committee regarding xxx East Bank Drive.
