We need the Makaraka East’s postal service. We still don’t get NZ post mail to our private bag address since cyclone Gabrielle. And East’s is efficient and convenient for rural users.

New Zealand Post claim Easts is Urban however most companies charge rural delivery for a Makaraka address. Either way NZ Post at Easts is a lifeline service for the rural community here and we need to keep it!

With the rising petrol costs its not far to make our rural people drive fither. Easts is not that rural either with a rather big community surrounding it and small businesses that surround it. Pls keep easts as a postal hub

Th post service at the Easts store has always been a huge convenience due to its location, especially with my last job as I had to post a lot internationally and the staff have always been so helpful.
