I have been going back and forth with the support team to make sure they see the list of names growing every day. It feels wrong that we have to spend full price on games only to see them look blurry on our screens. I refuse to let them ignore the fact that many of us are being forced to play in low resolution.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms that so many of you are just as frustrated as I am about being locked out of the HD experience we paid for. It is clear that EA needs to stop ignoring those of us with older screens and finally release the patch to fix this downscaling mess.

The graphics are unplayable right now. Total let down.
My tv is perfectly fine but these games look blurry as hell. Really frustrating.
fix the upscaling issue plz. we want to enjoy the games we bought
Ridiculous that I paid full price for a game that looks like garbage on my tv. Fix this EA.
EA needs to stop being lazy. Just release the patch already.
