EA is blind for virtual pro potential. Lets send similiar petition to Konami if EA still will be doing nothing to virtual pro clubs.

Almost forgot about working join-in-progress for those who got disconnected, and presence of bench as option for spectating and joining game when captain agrees.

I played Pro Clubs exclusively since FIFA11 and stopped almost year ago. Mostly because of lack of any development of this mode. In contrary - I've seen some things removed, or broken over time.
Personally I don't agree that things mentioned in petition are most important to focus on. But I do sign this one, because I want to point out that it's in need of love. Not only polishing, but features and fixes.
Also I am aware that implementing new things for FIFA16 now is impossible. Too late for that petition, so keep just this in mind while making FIFA17.
If you've read so far I would gladly point out some suggestions of my own which I personally see as vital for improving this mode greatly.
- Spectator mode (for livestreaming matches, commentary, custom tourney/league coordinating & organising)
- Dedicated servers for users (might be unranked), just to be able to organise events.
- Record match gameplay (in-game demos with repleyability and free camera control to make easier live publishing movies on YT)
- Matchmaking redesign (it is totally broken it has to be rewritten from scratch).
- Competetive proclubs mode (with custom player characters with equal pool of skillpoints to spend, not just farming stats to gain advantage)
- Communications improvement
With games like LoL, Counter-Strike:GO, or plenty other team competitive games this mode is spot on with it's gameplay. It just needs to be adapted to the realities
This mode has potential. Please, unleash it.

EA, please. Since a long time there was nothing changed in Virtual Pro mode. Is not it time for some changes? You, as an EA, you know it well that this mode plays a large number of people and the changes would be a big plus for each player. I hope that you take it to yourself and you will do with this mode something really fantastic!
