You can add donate system for additional decoration element or head styles or pro team options or simplified character development in random packs (like Counter Strike:GO).

EA please, improve leveling and skill receiving system in pro club. It's so boring to receive these annoying achievements for pro. Could you make something like in role-playing games? I can poduce many ideas about levelling system but basically i see it like this:
Players will receive experience and coins after matches. Amount of XP and coins will depend from many factors - division, team level, match result, player personal rating, goals, assists and etc. Experience which you receive after matches is needed for level up. When you reach new level - you will receive some skillpoints (for example 3 skillpoints after each level up). These skillpoints player by himself will devide between all FIFA skills like shooting, tackling, dribbling, heading and etc. Each skill maximum must be 99 and you start playing with something basically like 70. Skillpoints could not be redistributed normally but you can buy something like "skillwipe" in store. It gives you ability to redistribute all your skillpoints which were already received. Received coins you can spend in some kind of store where you can buy some hairstyles, tatooes, boots, gloves and etc. Also in this store must be ability to donate some real money, in case player dont like to spend a lot of time in game to buy some for example afro hairstyle.
This will be very good improvement for pro clubs.
