My suggestion is that EA must add the option for substitutions!
If we start playing a match and a member of team just came, he could stay in bench and the captain can get him in, at the first interruption.
Also, if a player disconnects, it would be nice if he can get control of his player, after he log in again in Pro Clubs.

I don't think this will help for FIFA 16, But this is a good start to give them a whole year worth of time to work on FIFA 17 proclubs

Pro clubs is my favorite mode and it is rather disappointing to see a mode with so much prospective especially profit wise (yeah that's for you EA devs...) staying stuck for the last 3 years
IT IS TIME TO GIVE SOMETHING BACK TO THE MOST LOYAL COMMUNITY OF THIS GAME

Pro clubs is the most ambitious mode in any football game, yet no real attention have been given to it.
My suggestions:
| Add Packs with the FUT philosophy to the mode. Those packs could include bot players with better statistics that the team manager could put in the starting line-up
| Add custom tournaments
| Training system similar to the one already existing in the offline mode
there are numerous threads with suggestions and EA is simply overlooking them
