It would be also nice, if we can use this bench functionally. So you can put some players in, if someone haves no stamina anymore or gets injured. It could be so more realistic, when a player gets injured and he haves to get out, because he cant paly anymore.
A great idea would be a training ground, where the managers can plan some standards. The manager plans where the players starting position is and where he haves to run like back in the old Fifa games with visual arrows. Just like planing a standard alone in older fifa parts, it should be possible to plan it together in an editor and train it together with the hole team.
Also a nice part of the game would be if you have on the one hand these archievements to skill your PRO and some things like maybe the last 10% can only be reached if the players are frequently playing like some "daylis" in other games. "Tody you have to run at least 10km" would be an example. At the begining you start neutral. But if you ignoring this tasks too often, you will lose some stats which relate to the task. You can also improve you skills by completing the task. If ur at the maximum of the stats which can rise and fall you just have to hold this level. But the stats you got by completing archievements cant fall.

fix game face, change the gameplay, add haircuts, put subs so the people that couldn't make it in time could jump in

another important proclub feature for eSports would be an option to invite teams to a friendly with overtime and penalty shootout!
