Barry Rozas was one of my scoutmasters & is one of the most upstanding men I’ve ever had the chance of meeting. He is a role model, leader & mentor to dozens of young men.

Troop 55 Eagle Scout- 2016. While I was never a member of troop 10, I attended many council events with Mr. Barry. He was a role-model that many scouts looked up to, and leaders strived to be like. In my experience, he was always a rule follower that made sure all scouts were not only safe but were also learning the many life skills scouting has to offer.

Troop 10 Eagle Scout- 2014. Mr. Barry played a pivotal role in my time as a boy scout and helped immensely on my road to eagle. Throughout my years as a scout, Mr. Barry was always a role-model to look up to and aspire to be. He was always the one to make sure that we were following the rules so that something like this would never happen. I believe in Mr. Barry’s innocence whole-heartedly.

I made Eagle Scout in 2017 and have never heard of nor witnessed any inappropriate behavior by Barry Rozas.

Mr. Barry has always been vigilant of Safe Environment procedures. I cannot recall a single instance where I saw him in any situation that violated those policies. His behavior with scouts was always appropriate and wholesome.

Barry Rozas is an amazing scout leader, father, and friend. We attended nearly every scout event together during my time in the scouts. He is an absolute model scout leader, always making sure every leader and scout is safe and following youth protection regulations.
Without his guidance, leadership, and friendship: I would not be the scout I am today, I would not be the leader I am today, and I would not be the man I am today.

I made my Eagle in Troop 10 in 2014 under the leadership of Barry Rozas. He has always been an inspiration of character. Never once have I ever had a shred of suspicion of inappropriate intentions from this man. He is a model for what Scouts BSA stands for, and I stand by him.
