My name is Benjamin Como and I earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2011 from Troop 10, under the leadership of Scoutmaster Barry Rozas. In the 12 years that I have known Barry, and the numerous campouts I attended with him, I have not seen or heard of any unethical or inappropriate behavior. I consider Barry a friend and he played a critical role in me achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. I believe in Barry's innocence and I request that you sign the petition and comment on the year you earned the rank of Eagle Scout if your beliefs are similar to mine.

The sheer volume of support for Barry proves that the local council is completely out of touch with the people who actually know his character. We are forcing them to look at the truth even when they would prefer to keep their eyes shut.

2013 MR Barry is an amazing leader, under his leadership I learned how to be wise and thoughtful leader and it has helped me as an officer in the military
Eagle Scout - 2014 Barry Rozas is an amazing scout leader, father, and friend. We attended nearly every scout event together during my time in the scouts. He is an absolute model scout leader, always making sure every leader and scout is safe and following youth protection regulations. Without his guidance, leadership, and friendship: I would not be the scout I am today, I would not be the leader I am today, and I would not be the man I am today.
Barry Rozas was one of my scoutmasters & is one of the most upstanding men I’ve ever had the chance of meeting. He is a role model, leader & mentor to dozens of young men.

Troop 10 Eagle Scout- 2014. Mr. Barry played a pivotal role in my time as a boy scout and helped immensely on my road to eagle. Throughout my years as a scout, Mr. Barry was always a role-model to look up to and aspire to be. He was always the one to make sure that we were following the rules so that something like this would never happen. I believe in Mr. Barry’s innocence whole-heartedly.
I made Eagle Scout in 2017 and have never heard of nor witnessed any inappropriate behavior by Barry Rozas.

Troop 55 Eagle Scout- 2016. While I was never a member of troop 10, I attended many council events with Mr. Barry. He was a role-model that many scouts looked up to, and leaders strived to be like. In my experience, he was always a rule follower that made sure all scouts were not only safe but were also learning the many life skills scouting has to offer.
