The wetlands are an integral part of the environment providing a safe place for multiple species of birdlife but also assist in flood mitigation. We are encroaching more and more on nature and very soon there will be more extinct species. Stop this planned route and protect this unique area.

This project will have a major impact on wildlife that frequent the wetlands. It will also impact farmers and others that live and work in the Eagleby area. We chose this area to spend our last days in because of its quiet rural atmosphere which this project will destroy.

Wetlands are necessary filtration and nursery systems, like mangroves. We need these wetlands healthy for all of Moreton Bay, which is internationally protected. We need to be HELPING these wetland systems, not adding more pollutant challenges to them!

The biggest problem on the M1 is north of Loganholme. All this road will do is pump more traffic into the already most heavily congested section of M1. It is a waste of time and money.

We will be in the middle of two motorways. The noise, smell and health concerns are huge. No matter which way the wind blws, you will get car exhaust fumes. Not good.

This community does not need more traffic with two primary schools and multiple daycares around! More traffic means for risk for kids and their families. Why put families at risk for an unnecessary road! Waste of money!!

Wetlands Eagleby is more important than a ugly bridge. Find somewhere else
