It is imperative for University administrations to embed the EAC
integration in their curriculum and extra curriculum activities.
To begin with, this is a petition to all Universities to include the EAC
Week in the respective institution's annual calenders. The EAC Week will
create a platform for students, the University administration, the
senates and policy makers to increase their awareness, knowledge and
understanding of the opportunities presented by the EAC integration and
how they can tap into the benefits.

The response to this initiative has been truly remarkable and suggests a strong academic interest in regional integration. This momentum demonstrates that the student body is eager to engage with the professional opportunities provided by the East African Community.

Excellent idea. It will help us connect with other students across the region.
This is long overdue. We need to know what opportunities are out there for us after graduation instead of just sitting in class.

We need this more than people think. Uni life is about more than just exams and this would really open our eyes to the market integration.
YES! We are part of the EAC but most students have no clue what that actually means for our future careers. Make it happen.

About time! Many of us want to work in other EAC countries but the info is just not reaching us.
