Final supporters
We, the customers of Electronic Arts (EA) and avid participants of Madden Ultimate Team, strongly urge the consideration of EA to establish or enhance the following features:
·Increased rewards for major collections and solos.
·Increased variety of packs and more ability to purchase before mentioned varieties with coin rather than just real currency.
·Redesigned trade block that will allow the trade of multiple cards as well as coin, thus limiting the amount of scamming and improving return customers.
·Improved promotions which would also give more opportunity for fans and customers less fortunate financially.
- Taxation decreased to 5%, similar to other EA titles.
While the majority of EA customers may not represent themselves with signatures, the consideration and possible implementation of the mentioned changes will vastly improve the gameplay and future interest of the majority.
As paying customers of EA, we simply ask that we be heard and taken under sincere consideration.

The amount of feedback regarding the trade block issues confirms we are all feeling the same frustration. I am organizing these points now to present a clearer case to the developers.

How about a new contract system where you pay per game, and when you go to add contracts the game just ques up and asks how many contracts you would like to add to said player and it would be a flat rate for each game say 5 coins per, this would make the process much qucker and easier
At least put a guaranteed collectable or non-rookie legend/elite/fantasy card instead of a guaranteed gold! We spend money for a guess!!!!!!
EA just takes people's money. I bought a 14 pack bundle like a month ago. Never got it. contacted EA many times and they never gave me my packs or $.
I think a MUT 11 format would be best. That would have the least complaints in general. A lot of people who want a MUT 12 format never played 11 or 10 and I think making a similar UT to 11 would satisfy vets and noobs alike.
as someone who has bought madden since 2005, and ultimate team since 11, i feel that changes need to be made

Ea has progressively delivered content that is solely profit driven leaving consumers high and dry on quality content.
