Because there is absolutely no reason whatsoever why PC gamers should be excluded or waiting for these titles after a few iterations, other than EA wanting to promote the next generation consoles themselves, but that should not justify why PC gamers should miss out on playing these titles, Battlefield 4 and a host of other titles are coming to PC so they cannot use the excuse that PC is not a powerful enough platform, and piracy is not the issue here as there are many games that thrive on the PC. We should not stand for these practices and we need to let them know that we disapprove and show them that there is a big enough market on the PC to justify these titles coming to the platform.
