Dear Electronic Arts:With the launch of the Sims 3:Pets in November 2011,you had thousands of people rushing to buy this latest expansion to your most successful franchise.However,the majority of these people,including myself,have been experiencing problems that render us unable to play the game with Pets installed.These problems include and are not limited to:the program crashing in as little as 10 minutes of gameplay;constant graphical errors;error message upon error message;and severe lagging.To make matters worse,you have not done anything to fix these problems whatsoever,and because of this,your latest expansion,Showtime,is now suffering the same fate as Pets.Contact with your Technical Support Department is about as useful as going to the hairdresser to have work done on your teeth.You only released one patch between November and March,and that did not solve any of our problems,if they didn't make them worse.What has happened to customer satisfaction?Is it that important to rush on releasing these useless pieces of round plastic and ignore problems than to work on them and give us a game we can enjoy worry-free?Or is it just about the money,like any other company?EA,you need to respond to our complaints.We are having problems and you have been ignoring us.At the very least,work on a patch that actually addresses the bug issues,but RESPOND TO OUR COMPLAINTS.
