They do so much for our country.... Their children continue working and opening businesses..... Please don't hold up people of this caliber with a bunch of red tape. They do it legal... They should get kudos!!

The children of E 2 visa holders have often spent their formative years in the USA. They graduate from elementary, middle, high school and community colleges, then they have no way to stay in the USA. They have no choice but to return to their country of citizenship with an education that is not recognized, they have no work experience as being a dependent on an E 2 they cannot work. They literally leave the country they have grown up in with two suitcases and we as their parents do everything we can to make the transition easier. It is very difficult for these children, they are discriminated against as far as their education is concerned, they cannot obtain funding for university in the USA and when they return to their home country they find that they have to be resident for three years before they are eligible for student loans. They return to countries they feel alien in and they are separated from their families . It is truly heartbreaking the suffering that goes on. Please consider these children when changing immigration laws.

If we can allow our kids to stay, after age 21, the American education they have received can be used to repay the country they now see as their home
