We need to modernize the E2 visa system

I am an E2 visa holder. As with many E2 visa holders we sell everything we own in our home country to move to the USA. We employ Americans as per the visa rules, we pay our taxes and we live by the rules of this Country. We fear for our children's futures being so uncertain with the current rules and would ask for a change in these rules to allow our children to be able to succeed here in the USA.

Our children shouldn’t have to worry about being separated by their family or the parents worry about their children being sent to a place that is no longer home. This needs to stop.

Been in the US over 6 years. Unbelievable to see how long the process takes to apply for a green card even after a 10 year permanance in the country. Hopefully something chances

It is time after 10 years of investments and creating jobs for E2 recipients to finally have a path for green cards. Legal immigrants first no amnesty to illegals

It’s absolutely necessary to keep all people who are investing in our country and their families in the country where they provide hard work and contribute financially to our country. They already earned the status in this country by investing in our and theirs own future, and it’s time to recognize this fact!

The Randalls are a boon to our community: they own a very popular restaurant that employs about 80 people in our community, some who have worked there for years. What a shame that this is even an issue!!
