SCA is far behind schedule which leaves our community with a 3rd summer of noise, dust,we are still unable to open our windows.
311 refuses to take a complaint against SCA this project which started at 25 million dollars is now over 30 million dollars.
We must have our public Leaders stand up for us.We need a 'Quality of life in Dyker Heights '

When leaders hold a secret closed door meeting with SCA and do not tell or update the community they are doing a disadvantage to us.
We are the ones suffering and going through hell.
So why ask closed door meeting ??
Why not update your community? ?
Very disappointed! !

Rat poison was placed around IS201 on Saturday due to rats running around on steps and premises. After many calls to 311 they placed the poison and signs by end of the day SCA removedoesn't all signs . So not to alarm tell community.
It violates the department of health codes.
We must have signed for the safety of our children, seniors, pets and community.
Please call 311 to help keep our community safe
We fight this fight alone not one politician has stood up for us
So we must come together and fight for ourselves

Steve,
Please understand I am not well. I have an elderly uncle who I take care of. my daughter was placed in the hospital last night. So having my driveway blocked last night and this morning and even with me asking if it's anyone's car they don't answer but it's amazing how fast the worker ran when he received a ticket this morning. As far as bearing with you I think it's time you bear with us. I am severely Sleep Deprived. we must stick to the original agreement of no noise before 7 and noise after 10PM
I'm sorry for all the issues your having with the school but you get to go home and sleep with a quality of life!!

The noise at night has to get under control. The summer is out and the school should be worked on during the day. The neighborhood can not sleep. AND we all need to go to work to pay the taxes on our property and put food on our tables. Someone do something.

Residential areas are residential for a reason and the people in Dyker deserve to be treated with respect by all.

its been over 15 months, broken promises on when noise would stop. SCA does not respond to emails. This is unacceptable to ask a community to wake up to extremely loud noise. then go to bed with extremely loud noise.
there are no proper permits displayed. who in buildings department would sign off on such a displacement to a community. meeting needed to include community concerns.

Seems a bit extreme!! Wouldn't a 12 hour work time be suitable.
