It's a beautiful stretch of coast with a wonderful surf spot... (there aren't many in our city jurisdiction). So I trust we can resolve this and access this beautiful coastal resource for common good of all the citizens here.

Apparently there's "an increasing numbers of families now using these beaches for swimming", so how do they get there without a 4WD?? More likely it's to do with "adjoining landowners and developers" .... spread the word, see if numbers actually have some weight.

As a resident of two rocks and being a daily user of the tracks I find it hard to believe that this has been taken away from me as I moved from Quinn's for this very reason.

why spend all that money on tar mac and putting signs up along the tracks less than 12 months ago if it's just going to be closed. ridiculous!!!!
