Locking people out of an area isn't a solution. It has more negative impacts than you may fully understand.

If places are closed it will cause people to enter restricted areas and cause even more damage, at least these places can be regulated.

How can this be justified?

Keep this beach open for 4wd access . It's the only place locally where 4wdrivers have the opportunity to use their vehicles . It is not used by local walkers etc as it is hard to access by foot . The tracks are there and no one really ventures off them ruining vegetation etc . I have been here 100s of times and it has always been kept clean with no litter around . It is part of Australian culture to have a drive down the beach and feel like you are miles away from anywhere even though it is fairly close to civilization . Don't let the people who sit at a desk make a decision for you and ruin something that is still relatively free to do and good fun for the family . We are not u.s.a , the whole Australian culture is wide open spaces an freedom . Let's not turn into home dwelling button pushers .

Just like what Jayden said "Two rocks is there to be enjoyed, not by just 4x4ers, but also surfers, fishermen and families. The closure will not only affect people that want to relax, have a good time with friends and their families at the beach, it will also kill the businesses that will struggle to survive without the income the beach provides them."

I personally think this is absolutely ridiculous on many points , the Immediate closure will force people other ways instead of through the town, if you have a genuine chat with shop owners for example 'IGA', a vast majority of their turnover is generated by people who don't live in the area for example. Four Wheel Driving Enthusiasts, Fishing Enthusiasts etc etc. I myself stop in and spend minimum $40-50 dollars minimum Every Time I visit two rocks which is on a weekly basis minimum! I believe the Wanneroo Shire has taken the wrong approach to this instead of working with the people. The List is ongoing this Needs To Sorted Appropriately!

This is rediculous, our families have been using this track and the beaches long before others who dont enjoy the benefits of a 4x4

Progress is no excuse for preservation.......only the ocean owns the land below the high water mark.
