Once again the 4WD community looks likely to lose access to yet another area because of a few NIMBY residents making more noise than a few four-wheel drives using "their" street. The track's been there for more than 40 years that I know of and the houses for how long? The City of Wanneroo using community safety as an excuse to close off the area is a furphy. To my knowledge there has never been a serious head-on crash there, most of us use dune flags and realise the area gets pretty well-used so take it easy on the bends and the hills. Plenty of Two Rocks locals also use the tracks, many chose to live there so they would have access to the tracks north of Two Rocks. We've already lost access to the minlitary area north of Lancelin, what's next?

More from the council that says NO to anyone found enjoying themselves. Why not just put a sign up saying " Enter at your own risk " ?

I grew up in Guiderton and have used this track all my life with my dad and now my husband and kids. Soon we will have no where for 4wdrivers to be able to go or people will decide to make their own tracks and do damage to the environment just to find somewhere to drive , fish and camp for fun .

I travel well over an hour to go to two rocks to take in the spectacular coast views that two rocks offers and take in the peacelfulness and escape. Its rediculous to tare this away from so many people. The government and developers need to take a look at the Australian National Anthem and rethink a mistake they're making.

Whats going to Happen to the Australian lifestyle. The outdoors is going to be a little patch of grass in the middle of a concrete jungle WTF!!!

keep the tracks open .... if the tracks stay open it helps preserve the surounding areas from people illegaly entering and destroying more of what we are all trying to protect .... Australia is a country where we enjoy the outdoors don't take tjat away .
