Putting in a drive through will only exacerbate concerns the town already has for traffic. I don’t want to see Tolland become another Vernon or Manchester situation. Taxes only raise in these areas with more big businesses. What we need to do is grant more business initiatives for small u businesses who employ, own, live, and work here where you know the money will go back to the town. It is imperative we have foresight here. The lack of response to this matter isn’t the fault of people being against it, it is a lack of information and awareness. I moved to Tolland to avoid this sort of thing and now I’m seeing this become like every other place here. Disgusting

Having a drive through Dunkin would increase traffic to that dunkin, yielding higher profits for our town!

Considering there is a strip club across the street I think we can allow for a drive through at DDs! Seriously! Also there are drive throughs at the banks down the street. Come on people this is a no brained for some good progress in our town

Yes please! It is ridiculous that we do not allow drive thru businesses in town.

Organizations such as this should be given every possible opportunity to generate business during this extremely difficult time. Drive-thru convenience helps this cause and also accommodates the general public with faster service. It also supports social distancing preventing the public from entering busy and confined space.
