Hope this succeeds. Long overdue. Terrible to see people bring their cars such a short distance from the village because of this really dangerous stretch of road.

I would love to see a footpath from the village to the playground. I visit Duncannon regularly and it is a very dangerous road to bring children from the village to the playground which is so fantastic they absolutely love it.

As someone who regularly stays here while visiting family, I frequently have to bring my younger sisters to this park, but we have no footpath to walk on and it's hard for cars to avoid us sometimes.

As a driver constantly using this stretch of road I have witnessed some very near misses as cars overtake pedestrians who have nowhere safe to walk. The most dangerous area is at the Chelsea corner. It is an accident waiting to happen.
