The solution to rectifying this particular hairstyle is for the hair to be cut to the existing shorter length all over. This hairstyle doesn't require rectification; The short back and sides hasexisted popularly since the 20's and is not a bieber style. The school should perhaps focus on getting their education system right before worrying about trivial things like hairstyles.
