Any company, corporation, or PUD who operates in any way outside the jurisdiction of the law should be immediately forced to close their doors until proceedings can determine the number of laws broken, who has been harmed, who is ultimately responsible, who will be given how many years in the same state prisons as any other criminal, and lastly, proper compensation has been provided in full to each plaintiff listed on the class action charges and lawsuits that follow.
It's what they do to others; therefore, it's equally acceptable by virtue of their own actions to provide them the very same treatment.

Iberdrola /Avangrid / CMP refuses to focus on what is most important (it's CUSTOMERS) and resolve outstanding issues, yet they forge ahead with a profit making project that will NOT help Maine's electrical infrastructure in any way, and will destroy portions of her Western Mountain region.
